Project
26 Albemarle Street will house a handful of the most sought-after apartments in London. With a 25-metre wide street frontage opposite the Royal Institution, the building was constructed in 1905 and probably originally intended for residential use but was used as offices until recently. The proposal includes the full retention of the street façade with only minor alterations. The works to the rear façade are more substantial and take into account contemporary requirements such as the provision of outdoor spaces and the enlargement of window areas.
